KELLY PETTIS, MA

     Kelly Pettis is a Senior Consultant at RCC Associates, a full service human resources consulting and training firm. She started working with RCC Associates as an intern in 2008.

     Prior to joining RCC Associates, she served as HR Manager and Senior Education Coordinator for Sky University, an online continuing education provider for insurance professionals. She also worked for Sanofi Pasteur as Travel Manager

     Before getting into management, she was an event planner and planned numerous events for corporations and in the entertainment industry.

     She has created the ABC’s of Public Speaking Workshop for the 2011 National Education Conference for SILA.

     Kelly is an adjunct college professor and has taught a variety of courses in Management and Communication.

     Kelly is a graduate of DeSales University, where she earned a B.A. in Human Resource Management and a Master’s degree from Seton Hall University in Strategic Communication and Leadership. She is currently enrolled at the University of Rockies and working on her PsyD, Organizational Leadership Specialization.

     She and her family reside in Bethlehem, PA.
