Dick Cipoletti has been selected to lead the expansion of The Alternative Board (TAB) Peer Advisory Groups in the Poconos.

TAB Peer Advisory Groups function somewhat like a think tank for non competing business owners. Members meet once each month to share ideas, address common concerns and help with business planning. Cipoletti will function as facilitator for the groups and will also meet individually with members in coaching sessions. He is a certified facilitator and coach.

Cipoletti will be partnering with Achieve Business Solutions to launch the Poconos TAB groups. Achieve Business Solutions is a New Jersey based consulting firm and owns franchise rights for this regions.
